Harlequins Fined £215,000
When I first heard this I was shocked at the amount of money and the length of the ban involved so had to find the video clip. They deserve it for being so poor in the performace! Like a cheap horror film from the 70s! What the hell did Williams spit out of his mouth it looks like he has a tin of Tomato soup slapped around his face!!

I have been thinking about this for the last couple of days and it is no different to what I have seen at an amateur level. Where a manager/coach has told one of their front row players to go down so scrums can be uncontested! Then clearly the management should more responsibilty along with the player!
